How long will it take to receive my order?
Since all of our products are handmade, production times may vary slightly depending on the design and customization details. Most items are carefully crafted within 5–7 business days. Once your order is completed, it is securely packaged and shipped. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
Yes. We offer custom orders for size, color, and design. Please contact us to discuss your specific request.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. For a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@kitchenresinart.com within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return. All return requests are processed through our returns page, and we will guide you through each step. Unless the product arrives damaged or defective, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part. Is the epoxy resin food safe?
Yes. We use food-safe epoxy resin that is fully cured and suitable for contact with food when used as intended.
